The feather as signature

Annarita Camassa paints lightness. A feather returns in almost every one of her canvases: a quiet signature and, at the same time, the caress of an angel — the sign of a profound bond her colour holds and tells.

Her gaze turns to nature and to landscapes, to their lightest breaths — butterflies, flight, the blues of sea and sky — with oil colour laid by hand on the canvas, layer after layer, into a suspended image.
